World Inner Wheel Day was again celebrated on 10 January this year by the three Victorian Districts – A62, A61 and A60 – at the same wonderful venue, the Melbourne Botanical Gardens. 

Central meeting point was the popular Pavilion and Information Centre, and the day was well attended by members from those Districts.   The organising was taken care of by A62, and done superbly by District Chairman Margaret Macdonald and her members.  

There were tours of the Gardens arranged with Tourism Guides and, in spite of slightly inclement weather, members sallied forth with umbrellas and cheerful enthusiasm.  

Meeting back in the Pavilion for a delicious lunch, there was much, much chatter and fellowship.   A61 District Chairman Anne Wettenhall and A60 District Chairman Gwen Rankins thanked A62 for arranging the International Inner Wheel celebration, which was a great excuse for an Inner Wheel shared friendship experience.
